Appointments are by appointment only — no walk-ins. Deposit Policy A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book and will be applied toward your service total. Deposits must be sent within 1 hour of booking or your request will be canceled. Payment Methods: • CashApp: $naylaav • Apple Pay & Zelle: Available upon request (DM @luxuryskyn) Minimum to book: $20. Add a service if needed. Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows • 10-minute grace period → after 10 mins = $10 late fee • 15+ mins late = appointment canceled and marked as no-show • Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hrs in advance • Late cancels = 30% charge • No-shows = 100% charge Booking Notice All bookings are reviewed manually. You’ll get a confirmation once approved. Appointments must be booked at least 48 hrs in advance. Less than 48 hrs = $20 short-notice fee New Clients Must complete the intake form before booking. Studio Etiquette • Private studio — address sent night before • No guests or children allowed • Waxing clients: hair must be at least 1/4 inch long Final Payment Remaining balance due at appointment.
